Private donations, memberships, and gift shop purchases fuel meaningful work at the North Carolina Aquariums and Jennette’s Pier.

Habitat restoration, wildlife protection, rescue and rehabilitation, and research that safeguard North Carolina’s waterways and aquatic life.
Engaging exhibits and experiences that connect aquarium visitors with sea turtles, sharks, jellies, otters, and more.
Aquarium Scholars
In partnership with the North Carolina Aquariums and North Carolina public schools, our Aquarium Scholars program brings students from Title I schools across the state face-to-fin with aquatic life through STEM-based aquarium education programs.
The North Carolina Aquarium Society is led by a statewide board of directors, who bring together leaders in business, science, and community service from across North Carolina.
We treat each dollar with care, transparency, and purpose, so the North Carolina Aquariums can thrive today and for years to come.
